We have 2 options to request an appointment:

You can call during our office hours to set up an appointment/s with one of our amazing appointment coordinators.  

or

With your Patient Portal access, you can request an appointment though the portal. If your request is sent during closed business hours, one of our amazing appointment coordinators will call you as soon as the office reopens.

A phone nurse is available during office hours to answer any routine questions you might have about your child.
