Patient Portal

We are excited to announce that the patient portal is now LIVE for Lansing Pediatric Associates patients and families! As we introduce this product to our patients and staff, we will roll out new features in the coming months, but the following features will be available immediately:

• Patient/Family Information
• Patient Visit History (encounter summary, vitals, lab results)
• Appointment Request (this is not Live Scheduling)
• Appointment Cancellation Request 
• Appointment Reschedule Request
• Referral Request
• Medication Refill Request

To enroll in the portal please follow these instructions:

1. Visit https://login.intelichart.com/LPA

2. Select "Create a New Account"

3. Follow the prompts and enter the PIN provided at the office, or select "NO" if you have not received a PIN and follow instructions

4. If you have a PIN, enter information for the first child

5. Click "Add additional child" and use the next PIN

6. Complete for all children


**Note to Patients (and Parents of patients) over the age of 12 - Due to HIPAA privacy regulations and Michigan state law, upon reaching the age of 12, certain aspects of an individual’s medical information become private and confidential, and can no longer be shared without his/her explicit consent. In recognition of these laws and regulations, once the patient has reached the age of 12, access to confidential portions of his/her personal health information will no longer be available from within the parent's portal account. A patient may continue to benefit from using the portal, with full access to his/her medical history by obtaining a personal PIN from the practice and establishing his/her own personal login. Alternatively, parents/guardians may request limited proxy access by filling out the attached form HERE and returning it to the Lansing Pediatrics office. Forms will be available in the office as well.
