When you bring your child for a well-child exam, he/she will be weighed and measured. The values will be plotted on a growth graph. At scheduled times, blood pressure and hemoglobin will be done. Concerns will be addressed, growth and development discussed, and health maintenance (safety, diet, etc) reviewed and immunizations given if needed.

When you bring your child for a sick visits (office call), your child will be examined with the presenting symptoms in mind. This type of examination does not provide the information needed to complete pre-school, school or sports forms.

**Yearly well child exams are scheduled two-six months in advance of the actual appointment.
